Tamala Randolph | CEO
With over 25 years serving families in the Death Care Industry, Tamala has been in every role from telemarketing, to funeral directing, all the way to Executive Leadership in Operations and Administration.
Tamala is a Certified Celebrant, ICCFA University Graduate, Certified Cremation Operator, and achieved her MBA from Clemson University.
Through her career, Tamala has led teams and locations across 23 states and understands the diverse needs of communities across the country.
Tamala believes that the celebration of life is part of the grieving process for the family left behind and that every person deserves to have a lasting and permanent memorial to their life story. Her leadership style starts from within, prioritizing the care of her employee family so that they can prioritize the care of clients and their families.
A passionate and dedicated professional with extensive operational experience and accumen, Tamala excels in her role as compassionate leader with unflappable focus and dedication to those she serves.
Jason Razler | Director
With over three decades of experience across independent, corporate, and government sectors of the Death Care Industry, Jason has experienced the industry from nearly every facet.
Jason is a licensed funeral director and insurance agent in multiple states with an A.O.S. degree from the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service, and a B.B.A. from Temple University.
Jason has experience arranging and securing specialized financing for small firms, providing business intermediary services, merger and acquisition services specializing in funeral homes, and building large-scale pre-need marketing and sales platforms.
Jason’s vision is to innovate the funeral service profession by implementing interactive and user-friendly digital technology platforms that provide families with access to educational resources for their advance funeral planning and funding needs. These platforms are to provide families the ability to develop and create unique life celebration experiences and to provide access to aftercare resources for the living.
David Rubinstein | Director
David is a highly accomplished sales executive with experience in the Funeral Services Industry as well as the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device spaces.
He has experience in training and coaching, sales, marketing, and business development. David received his MBA from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.
David specializes in cultivating teams that thrive in high-performance cultures and strives to create synergy within the organizations he is a member.
David has helped lead the integration of large funeral care operations and training funeral directors and organizations with a consultative approach to servicing their communities and providing premier care.
Steve Yaroch | Director
Steve is an accomplished financial executive with over 35 years of experience in Big 4, Fortune 500, and Private company accounting, finance, and operations roles.
He received his degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and maintains membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Institute of Public Accountants.
Steve is a highly regarded finance and accounting professional having served as Lead Client Service Partner at Deloitte, and has held positions as VP of Finance, Global Controller, and Assistant Treasurer for a multi-location global manufacturing company where he was a key member of the company’s M&A, and Enterprise Resource Planning teams. In his roles at other companies, Steve has also served as Director of Finance and Accounting, CFO, and Internal Audit Manager.
Jeffrey L. Donaldson | Director
Jeff has more than 35 years of experience in corporate finance, negotiating private placements of debt and equity securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
He received his Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, graduated summa cum laude from Buffalo State University and received an Associates of Arts with high distinction from Niagara County Community College. Jeff maintains membership with the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations, and the Clark University Small Business Development Center.
Jeff has served as Outside General Counsel to several companies in the biotech, communications, distribution, energy, manufacturing, medical device, and retail industries. He also has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations.
Don Hammond | Chairman
Don has nearly two decades of executive leadership experience holding roles of CEO, COO, and CRO roles.
He received his Bachelor’s from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Don’s mission is to create successful organizations that are scalable, predictable, and sustainable. He has experience with startups and scaling businesses across multiple industries including FitTech, SaaS, and renewable energy, and has directed nearly $2 Billion in career revenues managing personnel across six different continents. He is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and client satisfaction.
Michael Gower | Director
Michael is the Founder of Repose Services Group and serves as its Director of Business Development.
He has a background in sales and marketing across multiple industries including fitness and entertainment.
RSG was founded with the mission to participate in the acquisition, development, and management of funeral homes, remembrance locations, and crematoriums nationally, while empowering individuals to promote tailored remembrance for the lost and healing for the living.
